      He was supposed to be a character from Darkstalkers but got left out of the game for reasons. That's why Capcom decided to, instead of throwing away the character that was already completely designed and all, to use him as a character in MvC2.

    Don't wanna jinx it, but laptop appears to be working again. Hilariously, it's even better than when I fixed the registry issue, seeing as my installed programs list is actually populating now.

    I just checked my e-mail and i got a message from Nintendo they gave me a code to download the Demo of Pokemon OR/AS. Wow! that was a pleasent surprise. :-P
