why do some people have to start completely over with a clean wipe?

My Cousin's Laptop BSOD'd on him before.

Turned out to be Harddrive failure and he lost EVERYTHING.

Noticed I have a lot more Gamecube games than I ever had before.

I probably had like 6-8 games total in the life span of the Gamecube.That's pretty sad.

 

Now Fast Foward to Today.

but it's funny you say Tales is a hard game to get but Fire Emblem Path of Radiance, I'm on my 6th Auction and every Auction I've been at the Game has hit at least the $80 mark ranging used from Good - to Very Good.

The Cheapest was $61.00

I just bought Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn and Resident Evil Code Veronica X for the Gamecube on Ebay.

Hoping to get Resident Evil 2 and Tales of Symphonia.

when you sound like you don't like turn based strategy it seems like you never played Fire Emblem.

Paint.net is pretty good.

 

But I've sprited for years just using MSPaint.

Though you would get a lot more out of it using some photoshop like programs like Paint.net or Gimp.

That's sad. :( hopefully you'll get a PC version. Though the Vanilla game is still great.

If I had the PC version of any game made by bethesda, I would probably mod the shit out of it (Especially Fallout: New Vegas.)

I got an interesting question then. Some of the stuff I have on my wii, I installed and got without even buying it off the e-shop. So would transfering stuff like that do anything? ie wads

I'm not sure. I think it only takes what is official.

ADDED! Hey Ryon over at Neogaf it's completely fine to transfer your crap to the WiiU, the Transfers don't take your homebrew junk just the official crap you downloaded through the Wii Shop. Also you can back up EVERYTHING on your Wii before hand so you can transfer everything and when the Wii is done deleting your saves and junk, you can reboot everything back to your Wii like it never transfered. It's real neat. My question now is will my transfers stack.

Question: Can you play gamecube games on it. This is a serious question. If it doesn't, I'm not getting it even if it has good games.

Going to be serious here man. If you have Gamecube Games then Chances are you have a Gamecube AND/OR a Gamecube Compatible Wii. Why would this ever Hinder your option of Getting a WiiU if it doesn't play games 2 generations ago? That's like saying "I ain't getting no 3DS cause it don't play my old Gameboy Color Games."

Anyway. What Zackfair said is true, They're thinking about Releasing Gamecube Games on the WiiU eShop like they do with the 3DS eshop and Gameboy and Sega game Gear games.

People can't comprehend a new system has been released :(

I would get the silicone version but it collects dust like crazy.

Well, I hacked my wii too, and i tried to transfer a non legit download onto a non hacked wii, but it just failed to start the app. no bricking whatsoever.

I would expect it to do the same on wii U.

Bro that's because Virtual console stuff doesn't transfer like that.

man I bought a lot of Vitrual Console games for the Wii too! I need them on WiiU.
