You'll love it!  Mahoraba is one of my fav animes ever.  My friend NeoMegaMan introduced me to it.  

It's pretty good, but try to remember that when upscaling a sprite, not everything needs to be followed exactly, particularly shading; what the artist did for a low-res sprite may not look quite as good when the resolution is increased.
