My first edit for mugen stuff. Took forever to learn Fighter Factory, but I think it came out good. I edited a sound pack for Raditz by Heal the World. And I tried palette making, and made some based on how he looks in DBZ. I hope it's decent. Answer, is there a way to make his D,DF,F, attack with chi bigger? Like a white energy blast to come up the ground instead of the little cloud? Like in the anime?
