If you view it in Fighter Factory, you click "apply palette to all frames" or "apply palette to all images" when you go to open a new palette.

Idk if i'm doing it right, but i'm using Fighter Factory Studio and when i try to apply it, it makes all the other palettes look the same as the first palette.

Did something happen recently?

Stone Ocean is my least favorite arc, plus, it has a crappy ending if you read the manga, the next arc which is Steel Ball Run is way better.

 Yeah, a good chunk of them are still shoddy attempts at 15 minutes of frame, but even that seems to be less than present since these last several months. People are probably finally figuring it out, at least some anyway.

Phantom.of.the.Server in a nutshell, seriously, idk why this so-called "P.o.t.s/POTS style" is overused by the mugen community, next time better adapt into a CvS style that's not even P.o.t.S.

This so-called "P.o.t.S (Phantom.of.the.Server) style", is actually not a really good idea to make a CvS MUGEN char, because it's basically a character with effects & gameplay that P.o.t.S' chars use, LMAO, P.o.t.S himself made some different things/effects for his chars, but some P.o.t.S style chars are the same thing you would see.

I Don't even know if the Hypothetical Cross Tag Battle style (or OHMSBY style) may be overused in the future, just it.

In the future i might adapt into my own CvS style without groove that's not even P.o.t.S.

Welcome to getting older Cook4251. I'm not even in my 30s yet and I already feel this way. I think the thing is, as we get older, we start to realize, there is honestly no point in even celebrating getting older, as its really just another step towards dying.

Pretty harsh way of looking at it, but subconsciously, I'm sure that's just how things are. Its just like "ehh, another day".

A lot of this could apply to every year in the 2010s honestly. Just replace P.o.t.S and OHMSBY with creators of your choice.
