I think a separate marking color for joke characters would be fun, maybe pink as a nod to Dan Hibiki himself. 
 

There’s a few WIP of Violin Ken & Mr. I not listed yet; SF5 Ryu, SF5 Cammy, SF6 Ryu, and SF6 Cammy are all WIPs of the two of them:

 

 

 

 

 

For “General Missing Characters”, there are no conversions from Mouse Generation, nor the BFTG Ryu & Chun-Li. Pretty sure the SSB versions of Ryu & Ken haven’t been made either.
