People still fight over Goku vs Superman. But nobody just answers the question, bruh. It depends on WHICH Goku and WHICH Superman. Superman prime can beat any Goku except SSJG. New Superman is about as strong and fast as SSJ3. Compare how fast they can move and how much they can lift.
Superman prime would smash any Goku except SSJG, then he's fighting somebody who's stronger, faster and a way better fighter. He'd get god bodied in about a minute. Even if he can hit harder or faster, he's fighting somebody who can stomp somebody stronger and faster, because they have better training.
New Superman would have a hard fight with SSJ3. Boxing vs Kung Fu, Boxing wins most of the time. But Goku can box too. So it would come down to them both boxing each other in the air. Goku is a better fighter, and is waaaaaaay older (hes like 10,000 years old or something bc of king kai and all that heaven stuff), so it would come down to experience and whoever got the first and hardest hit first. It could go either way, but Id give it to the dude with more experience.
So there it is.

That's something I completely forgot about, aside from what series you like more, it matters what version or from they're in.

Yeah! ScrewAttack put regular Goku against Superman prime and when kept switching diff versions per round which wasnt really a honest match up to see who would beat who in a fair match. They put superman prime and all star superman against ssjg and ssgssj who is much weaker than ssg.
So basically, in the end, they took the strongest version of superman ever, and picked the 2nd or 3rd strongest version of goku, then ended it that way. They should have took the strongest superman from the series, not a one shot story, and put him against the strongest goku from the series. It would be like putting smallville superman against ssjg goku kaioken, thats not fair and its a easy one shot kill for one side. They either dont know what their doing or they purposely did it.
If youre gonna use all star superman, then its fair to use AF ssj5 goku. If youre gonna use ssjg goku, you have to use the canon strongest superman, superman prime series version only. Beams and blasts would only work at point blank for both of them, and the only one who could get the drop with a point blank shot at that level would be whoever can teleport. Goku would prob have to fight naked since his clothes are magic. If he wanted, he could rape superman with that magic pole if he could make contact. But he would fight fair, so hed prob fight in street clothes or naked.
