Nothing will ever beat the bullshit that was Ash's final battle in the Sinnoh League.

From what I've heard I think Ash gets slightly farther than in Sinnoh.
On the other hand, he should do what any PKMN player would do, keep challenging until he wins. But then again, anime logic still applies.

I had no hopes for Ash to win anyway. I knew he'd lose. His only victory was the Orange Island, and that never appeared in the games.
