Well young girls think little girl thoughts, you see, depending on how much you've seen in life and your age, and those names sound normal for Touhou chars, and I think Meiling has got that fighting stance, even if she doesn't know the names, she'll assume who they are from appearance, people see characters differently, depending on how much it relates to their likings Cook.  Girls are attracted to the chibi cute looks of Touhou characters, which is no surprise as that's what most girls like.
