Every time I hear people bitch about the Sonic fanbase, I have to remind people: Most fanbases are just as bad. People just reccognize the Sonic fanbase because the characters are anthropomorphic animals and hating Sonic is "the cool thing" these days.

@MugoUrth: I know that to be a fact. Though it is the most notable of fanbases which are disliked greatly, it's not the worst. If you ask me, I think the Kingdom Hearts fandom may be worse.
