The first week at the new job has been going great. Day 1 I got my own project to handle and it's smooth sailing. My co-workers and boss are great people as well. More than I can say about that other place... The best thing has to be that they're all developers like myself, so each pulls their own weight. No HR departments or other teams to battle with. It's a bold approach to a company, but it works really well from what I can tell.
