It's the Dream World stage from Antinomy of Common Flowers, that new Touhou game. I made it because it like the stage's music. Things What This Stage Has, Like Graphics Parallax Indefinitely looping music Plenty of stage height, to the point where it feels unnecessarily excessive Regular and 1.1 .defs so you can use it on any version of M.U.G.E.N that matters (though does WinMUGEN really matter at this point?)
