Threads just offer the chance to post updates, and discus the site. It's just a matter of whether or not you want that. I guess that kind of leads to the idea that if anyone wanted to start a general discussion thread for an existing site that wasn't their own, that could be done as well... Ain't many talkers, but lots of people go there to download stuff and it's mostly centered around andersonkenya1's channel.
