The screenpack features a set of matching lifebars that has a range of colors that are very vibrant and stand out. The background cycles through five colors that keep things looking interesting. The lifebars also feature this function. There's a lot of work and effort that went into these and even more that I can't explain. So, go download it and enjoy! # PixelFight Readme # 1.1 ONLY! ## Install ## Install is fairly simple. PixelFight was designed to be as unobtrusive as possible, so if you have per chance multiple motifs you're managing, this should be but another one for you to manage. 1.) Place the contents of the "font" folder in your "your_mugen_dir/font" folder. - This is the only step that "may" ask you to overwrite something the options.def. If you don't want to, that's okay too, but basically, the options.def is the font for the options menu. It's customized to fit the theme. 2.) Place the contents of the "data" folder in your "your_mugen_dir/data" folder. 3.) Open up your "your_mugen_dir/mugen.conf" file and change your motif to point to one of the following locations: - data/PixelFight/system.def, for the default number of slots. - data/PixelFight/ExtraSlot/system.def, for the 800+ slot variant. 4. Profit. ## Important Note ## If you use a localcoord for your characters that is non-standard or changed from their originally-intended localcoords, then you will have to adjust the scale for each of the portraits. For me personally, I use a localcoord factor of 426, and have provided alternative scale values in the various system.def and fight.def files. If you use something other than 426, you'll have to calculate the scale values yourself. ## Conclusion ## PixelFight is a screenpack that I've concocted due to existing M.U.G.E.N 1.1 screenpacks not fitting my needs. The design goes for a "new-age pixel" approach, having very vibrant colors that change often and are always keeping things interesting. Lifebars are included with this and setup is not required for those as each system.def is pre-configured for a default 320x240 localcoord base of characters. Here I was thinking that 1200 was excessive. Are there even 80k mugen characters in existence? Ohhhh yes, I've been waiting for this! Finally, the perfect screenpack for my 1.1 MUGEN! If I could use it for 1.0, I'd definitely use it to replace my IMT screenpack.Haha. :D Well, I suppose I could make a 1.0 version as it might just be the sffs that need to be converted down. Personally, I'm not sure how difficult that would be. If it's simple enough, I'll release that version unofficially (a link to mediafire should do).
