No more 2nd Awakening Stages, and their Ults are alot less flashy. They can no longer infi spam attacks and most of their base combo's are tied to 1 button just pressing it repeatedly. The Shield/Last Arc mechanic appears to have been removed as well for this new style. Â EDIT: Shielding is gone, but Last Arc is still a thing (Â twice then whichever button you have mapped for C while in Blood Heat), and Unlimited Heat appears to be in when looking at the character in FF, but you got me on how it works now.
