A must have for the collection! Has all her basic moves, but with flame effects. It's like she borrowed Alastor from Shana, and became a flame haze. The first "MUGEN" Tomoka that has her Climax Arts!!! YES THE POSE!!! Be wary that the AI (which is relentless by the way) automatically has control when playing as her so I dunno how to turn that off. You can spam the basketball, and her other climax art can only be activated when your damaging the opponent. Nep Heart Posted March 26, 2018 Share Posted March 26, 2018 This Tomoka feels a little on the broken side after trying her out. She has an unblockable command grab special in which she dashes forward while doing it (so, good luck predicting and dodging that) and can chain into itself infinitely... thus, a very easy infinite combo that is a pain in the ass to avoid. Also, she can spam the screen with several of her projectiles at once that feel not only too abusable, but compounds the previously mentioned infinite combo. Lastly, she does too much damage, especially given how easy it is to set up her combos. Really, if those three things were to be fixed, she'd likely be a pretty solid character otherwise. Edit: Found at least three other infinite combos... yeah, she's got quite a bit of them. So, a few issues need to be fixed before she's solid.
