Gui is already making sections based on each MVC game, so I propose in addition to those sections, we also split this into MVC Customs (characters with MVC-style gameplay and graphics) and a non-MVC section (characters from the X-Men arcade game, etc.). MVC Customs would have one section for custom versions of extant characters and another for totally custom characters.
