They were included in the 2000 collection , but they were marked also as '99 alongside 2000 in the database and by the author. The character is a full six button one, so it could be slightly edited? - About K', it's most likely a DOS character. It has unquoted commands and a lot of invalid variables that I have no idea of what they do. I guess gutting characters in fighter factory can come a long way... Added this Robert, and yes he's a slightly edited char, since that he's a '99-2000 mix and a six button char. Well, i tested K' and he's really works well in Winmugen, also in DOS.
