Mostly everything that Sano says is private is a lie, he was pretty mad at me sharing HCL's "private" SSBB characters before too. You can find links to the characters in his videos if you search for em eventually.

Some characters he has could be from private trades though.

He's hoarding all kinds of cool characters that I still want to this day... 

Speaking of which, I'm in a facebook mugen group and last night some people were having this argument about "private characters" it turns out that someone leaked such character, in the end, this creator canceled it.
