well to be clear there is a person named kizuma who currentlly has a 540+ mobile mugen up right know check out his youtube channel get the android apk file (idk if it works for ios but probs not u can try if you'd like) anyways get the apk file download the bleach vs naruto mugen and no its not just bleach and naruto character its a bleach vs naruto modded mugen you get fighters from many animes go try it out and im pretty sure its the only mugen with mobile compatibilty right now.
