      Sadly, i cannot request a character that it's about to be made like, i want an edited character that's original and concept by me and all.

      I see.  The place for suggesting a character to be made is the Think Tanks, here: http://mugenfreeforall.com/forum/191-think-tanks/
      Just know that it takes a LOT of work to make a character.  So finding someone to create your idea for you will probably be difficult.
      If you're looking to pay to have it made, you have a much higher likelihood of it getting done.  To get it done that way, you would go the Commissions Hub, here: http://mugenfreeforall.com/forum/453-commissions-hub/
