Not really quit, but try to improve. Heck, my earliest stuff for MUGEN wasn't that great. I didn't even know how to make stages. Much later on, I started experimenting with personal edits of other's characters and started trying to make my own. My Kyoko (which I put aside for a bit) is my most complete, yet still not a very great character. Try following some tutorials closely and messing with KFM's code like I started doing. As for stages, I made my first one pretty easily, no tutorials needed.

Oh boy.. where to begin?
 
 
1. Once again, you are missing important 5000 sprites, making Hiroshi completely invisible in some hit animations, and in all grabs that use the throw anim.
 
2. the Bagurasshu can be used on infinite repeat till' the opponent is KOed
 
3. the icon is a really awful resize, and looks pretty horrid.
 

 
4. A lot of hurtboxes are pathetically small, only covering 40% of his body, and some are STILL copied and pasted from Kung Fu Man, the only hurtboxes you even got right were the guard animations.
 
5. Again, if you're not going to have any running states, please remove the commands from the CMD file, as it will flood debug if you try to run.
 
6. white pixels are everywhere, between limbs, on faces, even portraits.
 
7. No sprites are even using Palette 1,1 they are scattered everywhere, making the sff a complete disaster.
 
 
 
 
It feels like you're not trying to improve, considering the amount of times some of these issues have been pointed out.

I think it's about time to reveal my current WIP, Valentine from Skullgirls. Main reason was to try and see how accurate to the game I could make her (hopefully at least a good bit), but also because the best one at the moment was not very well made (it had the idea down, though). Sprites have been extracted from that version and sized down 35% in Photoshop (obviously I also had to use MUGEN's scaling to help it, too).

A patch I made to Ahuron's version of Kunio, removing all Zoom functions, allowing the character to freely be used in MUGEN 1.0 (unsure about WinMUGEN compatibility, but I ain't gonna check). The character can also be used in MUGEN 1.1, but due to zoom being removed, hyper startups will look weird in widescreen. Also included is an alternate CNS raising his power to 2000, but nerfing his attack to 65 to compensate. Everything else is completely unchanged.
 
(I also had to use Snipping Tool rather than the screenshot function to further prove this is MUGEN 1.0 this is running on)

Well, I figured I'd make yet another stage, but this time, this one's animated compared to the other two I did (not counting the Despacito stage). Mewkie sprites, as well as the TV, PC and the ground base, are edited, while the rest of the sprites are (aside from resizing) unaltered. It took a total of two days to finish this. Comes with the track "Mappy Medley" from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. (As of 7/23/2020, the level theme from Mappy is included as an alternate track.)
