      Man, constructive criticism really is one of those things that the more people understand, the better off everyone is.  To recognize that: 
      A) a variety of opinions in a group is healthier and more productive than everyone thinking the same thing, and
      B) that accepting another persons point of view as fair, respectable and their own choice doesn't mean you have to agree with it
      are both key factors to progress through reasonable conversation.  
      Like why not share our thoughts, affirming and critical alike, and just both benefit from each others points of view?

    I'm curious, though. What exactly defines this Greninja as a 'good' character? We've already clearly defined the issues that could be worked out. So, what're the positives? Cause, y'know, just going "Stop it guys, it's GOOD" doesn't help anyone.
