Thank you for converting all of these characters into 1.1. I remember having a hard time trying to import characters into my mugen like 10 years or so ago. Turns out all I had to do is insert a state into the common.cns. Edit: I remember you SSBK, you're the guy who asked me for the old versions of Balkan and 3.1 on my nijikaku video.
