I started this a while back and decided to finish it today. The AI Patch has a few moderate changes, but makes Taz use his hypers and specials a lot more. Also had to change the move Sonic Grunt - Short Range, as it led to an infinite loop in the 4v4 and 3v3 Simul mode. I've already test played it in 3v3 and 4v4 and everything is fine, but please comment if any glitches occur in 4v4 and 3v3. Both are basically the same character, besides a few differences. Bill Rizer walks faster, can dash, and shoots faster projectiles. Thank you for the critique. I think I could fix the rest, but the multiple projectiles on screen because if I did allow there to be multiple projectiles, that would be kinda OP to corner trap, which is why there is a limit to 1.
