    But what if the player privately modified this kind of character? And he/she chose not to show or publish them to public.

    I don't know I will do this or not. I've made a char edit that intended for beatdown with cheap character (minimal with Rare Akuma), not to be played. I don't know whether I will release them to public or not.

      Classic CN that uses Uzi? Well, according to Black Kyurem (currently named Wolfslayer Regime in YouTube) in one of his videos:

      I think It's very difficult to find a video where Uzi-using CN defeated. Most videos use non-Uzi-using CN. If you want Uzi-using CN defated so badly, I can only think this method. Use WinMugen, and use Crazy-Catastrophe/ONI-MIKO-Z-R/S_Sakuya/other %n chars. Btw, another video

    If you have ever realized, the 'machine gun' SFX in WinMugen more fluid than 1.x. For me, in WinMugen, it sounds like "Drrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" almost continuously, but in 1.x it sounds like "Drrrrr Drrrrr Drrrrr Drrrrr Drrrrr .......", like stopped for a while. Even WavChannel is set more than 16.

      MUGEN 1.0's sound effect handling is terrible compared to 1.0, it doesn't seem to make more instances of the same sound if all the channels are busy.

    Is this image tearing? That blue big line. 1.1, OpenGL, 32-bit color depth (RGBA), recorded using Bandicam @ 30fps, H.264 codec, chroma sampling YUV 4:2:0, already converted to smaller format and flipped vertically. It seems there must be something changed in mugen.cfg. Or maybe something's wrong with my video converter. Update: it seems the culprit is my Bandicam because when I do another video, that blue big line occasionally appears suddenly in unconverted video. Time to upgrade my Bandicam. Update: Or not. Even with latest Bandicam (2.2.5.815), those blue bar still appeared. It seems original Mugen gameplay was in RGBA and Bandicam were downsampling it to YUV 4:2:0. Then, a miscalculation/rounding error happened in pixel convertion. Maybe I should try other recording software and/or codec.
