For those who saw Lightning in the WIPs section of my site, she was originally intended to be this year's April Fools character, but things fell through at the last minute, so it never happened... Sorry folks.
Seems like there's more people who want to see her than I initially thought. I'm still open to the idea, I need an excuse to work on something that isn't a Touhou character anyway.
