Yes, can't you read my comment??? I wrote "Ruby is a non canon character". Skarlet when she first appear on MK2 as a error result of Kitana, was already dub by fans as a Skarlet. Ruby creation might come from that but she only appear in cartoon only, pretty much like Hydro who just only appear in comic
